  • What does ‘clean’ food mean?

    We create our delicious products using a combination of both timeless and innovative manufacturing methods to process and preserve food naturally. We are 100% committed to only using naturally derived additives when needed and in addition to this, we ensure that the ingredients we use are also free from any chemical preservatives, colours and stabilisers. All of this results in convenience products that are fresh, natural and as ‘clean’ as they would be if you made them in your own kitchen.

  • Where can we see your full range of products?

    Our most commonly available items are listed on our products page.

    However, we have developed over 1000 products to date and are more than happy to discuss your requirements, or even inspire you, with something from our database. To narrow down which products are right for you, please contact us.

  • Do you make products that are gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan?

    Yes we do.

    As a benefit of cleaner production, most of our products are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and vegetarian or vegan. Please refer to the handy dietary symbols on our packaging and the detailed specification sheets that can be found linked to each product on our products page.

    As a commercial manufacturer, we can also offer product development where relevant, to ensure the final product meets all necessary dietary and allergen requirements.

  • Where can we purchase your Food Service products?

    Our brands are available nationwide through a variety of distributors.

  • If there are no preservatives, what is the shelf-life on your products?

    You’d be surprised.

    We are able to achieve a minimum of 6 months on the majority of our food service products, through careful development and strict manufacturing processes. (please always refer to the packaging for exact expiry dates).

    Products that contain fresh herbs (pesto), high levels of protein (hummus) or active bacteria (yoghurt) will have a shorter shelf-life.

    Please note that all of our products are chilled and the cold-chain should be maintained consistently to ensure the shelf-life isn’t compromised.

  • What is your custom manufacturing process?

    The first step is to have your project assessed.

    With over 1000 products already in our database, we will usually find an existing match. If not, a feasibility assessment will be required to ensure the following:

    • The product is compatible with our manufacturing plant
    • The proposed cost is achievable based on ingredients and labour required
    • The necessary volume per month for manufacturing efficiencies will be met

    Our experienced team will guide you through this process with complete transparency in relation to feasibility, potential costs, timeframes, etc.
